Without seriousness, canker sores are small sores inside the cheeks, on the tongue, or on the gums. Are you often bothered by mouth ulcers? Rinse the mouth regularly, or even every evening, with a baking soda mouthwash: one teaspoon in one glass of water.

Thanks to tannins, tea dries sores. It relieves pain and promotes their disappearance. You can use black tea, or green tea, which is often rich in tannins. Two options for use ... Either place the cooled, wet tea bag directly on the sore for a few minutes. Either steep the tea (at least 5 minutes to release maximum tannins) and clean the sore with a cotton swab. If you notice an association (variable by person) between certain foods and the appearance of canker sores, do not be tempted by the devil: this may be the case with Gruyère, walnuts, peanuts, almonds, raisins, etc. Pineapple, strawberry, citrus fruits, kiwi, tomato...
