CRACK CHICKEN SOUP


Creamy chicken soup recipe with great cheese flavor! The perfect winter comfort food made with bacon, chicken, cheese, spinach and ranch dressing. Low carb and keto certified too!


*Ingredients :

°3 cups shredded chicken

°10.5 oz. condensed chicken soup

°6 cups low-sodium chicken broth

°1 cup full fat milk

°8 oz. cream cheese

°1/2 cup carrots, diced

°1/2 cup celery, cubed

°1 small onion

°10 slices of bacon, cooked and cut into cubes

°2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

°3 garlic cloves

°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

°2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

°8 oz. angel hair pasta


* Directions :

Preheat oven 350

Cooking bacon also permit it cool. Cut it to small pieces & set it apart .

Placing chicken breasts on  sprinkled cookie sheet, seasoning with salt & pepper, & baking for 20 min . Removing chicken from oven also chop it with 2 forks.

In  saucepan, on medium heat, adding 1 tsp oil or butter also sauté the chop onion, celery, also carrots. Frying for 5 min or to vegetables are soft.

In  bowl, mix condensed chicken soup with 1 c milk. Whisk to smooth. Adding soup mixture to pot also stir. Add chicken broth and stir until combined.

Adding ranch season, garlic, & garlic powder.

Adding cream cheese also keep stir until cream cheese melts. Bring to  boil, stir occasionally, to cream cheese is incorporated to soup.

Adding chicken & bacon, & reduce heat to low. Leave it simmer for 20 min .

Adding pasta (divided to halves or quarters) also cheddar cheese also cook on low heat to pasta is tender also cheese has melt, for 5-7 min.
