This Mississippi Mud Cake has homemade chocolate cake with melted marshmallows and warm chocolate frosting poured on top. Believe me, it is as delicious as it looks!

°1/2 cup cocoa
°2 cups of sugar
°4 large eggs, lightly whisked
°1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 pinch salt
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 1/2 cups pecans (optional)
°4 cups mini marshmallows
°powdered chocolate
°1 package (16 ounces) powdered sugar, sifted
°1/2 cup milk
°1/3 cup cocoa
°1/4 cup soft butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Grease a 9 x 13 inch skillet. 3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. 4. Add cocoa and stir. 5 Remove cocoa from heat. Sugar and eggs 7 Mix until combined. 13 marshmallows cool in skillet on wire rack.

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread the frosting on the cooled cake. If frost is too thiick, adding more milk.
