This recipe is a real killer! With only 3 ingredients, make your own Coconut Chocolate Bar, Bounty Style. Be careful not to eat them all in one night!


°1 can of sweetened condensed milk (about 400g)
°200 gm coconut
°300 grams of dark or milk chocolate pastry


+Preparation: 40 minutes
+Cooking: 10 minutes
+Rest: 12 pm

Mix the condensed milk and shredded coconut in a bowl.
2. Spread this mixture about 2 cm thick in a square pan (or on a baking sheet) covered with baking paper.
3. Cover with cling film and put in the fridge overnight.
4. The next day, take it out of the refrigerator and cut it into a rectangle.
5. Shape the rectangles with your fingers to get a nice round shape.
6. Put 30 minutes in the freezer to freeze the dough.
7. In  bowl, melting chocolate in  double boiler or in microwave, stir eash 30 seconds.
8. Remove the coconut bars from the freezer. Use a fork to grab the coconut bar, and dip it into the melted chocolate. Cover the chocolate well, holding the strip with a fork, tap to remove excess chocolate and scrape the fork from the edge of the bowl. Place gently on a baking sheet. Place the fork on the candy board to mark them.
9. Repeat for all coconut pieces.
10. Put the coconut chocolate bars in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
