Bake Crab Leg in Butter Sauce

*ingredients :

°1 French shallot, finely chop
°1 cup butter
°2 c chicken-broth
°2 tablespoons lemon juice
°1 teaspoon honey
°9 lbs cooked lobster legs and claws

* Methods :

In  saucepan, sauté shallots in 60 ml (1/4 cup) butter. Adding lemon juice / broth juice also honey. Bring mix to  boil also cook for 2 minutes. Add the remaining 180 ml (3/4 cup) of butter and simmer until melted.
Add the crab and leave it on a low heat until hot. Coat crab well in broth.
Serve on a large plate or directly on a tray in the center of the table. If desired, serve with accompanying sauces such as melted herb butter, split pepper, sour cream, dill or lime, and watercress mayonnaise.
