° 2 boneless chicken breasts (very large and thick)
° 2 cups broccoli
° 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
° 1 cup rusk
° 2 eggs
° 1/2 cup flour

Steam broccoli for 5 min . Meanwhile, grated cheese. Once the broccoli is cooked, put it in a bowl, add the grated cheese and chop the broccoli by crushing it with a fork. Melt the cheese and mix with the broccoli.
The 2 step
Heat oven to 350 degrees f . Cut the chicken breasts in half if they are too long. Make an incision, being careful not to puncture or tear the chicken breast too much. Stuffing chicken with broccoli also cheese mixture.
Step 3
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl (if desired, add a drop of oil to prevent breadcrumbs from burning). Put a little flour in a bowl (or plate) and breadcrumbs in another bowl. Dip the chicken breasts in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Place the breasts on aluminum foil, on a baking tray. Cook for 30 minutes.
