*ingredients:
° 1 (1 pound) box of medium pasta°
° 1 pound ground beef
° 2 (10 ounces) tomato soup
° 2 c cheddar cheese
° 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
° 1/2 cup water
° Garlic, salt & pepper to taste
* Methods:
1. Cooking & drain pasta accord to pack directions.
2. In meantime, preheat oven to 375 degrees & grease 9*13 baking dish.
3. In skillet, brown & chop ground beef with garlic powder, salt, & pepper
4. Add cooked pasta, tomato soup, ½ cup water, and ½ cup cheese to skillet with browned beef. Stirring & cooking for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and top with the remaining cheese.
6. Cover with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover the lid and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes (I also turn the grill on for the last 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese).
7. Serve immediately and store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
