Mexican Casserole




Mexican Casserole

 

*ingredients:


°1 pound lean beef

°1 can ranch beans

°1 bag of 10-12 ounce tortilla chips, crushed (I didn't use the whole bag)

°1 can tomato roe-tel

°1 small onion chopped

°2 c cheddar cheese

°1 pack taco season

°1 box cream chicken soup

°1/2 c water

 °Sour cream and sauce, for serving



* How to make it:


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In  skillet, brown meat also dry fat. Adding beans, tomatoes, onions, taco season, soup, & water. Cook over medium-low heat until everything is well mixed and heated through.

Greased 9" * 13" casserole dish. Lay  layer of mash tortilla chips, follow by  layer of meat/bean mixture, & half of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Covering with aluminum foil & baking about 20-30 min or to bubbling.

Let it for 5-10 min before serve. Cover with sour cream also sauce.
