°2 tablespoons olive oil
° 2 pound sausage Italian
° Half a cup of olive oil
° 4 large potatoes, russets or reds, cut into quarters
° 2 large red peppers, cut into pieces
° 2 white onions, cutting to pieces
° 2 large green peppers, cut into pieces
° ¼ cup chicken broth
° Half a cup of white wine
° 1 tsp Italian season
° Salt and pepper to taste

The first step:
Preheat oven to 400*
Heat two teaspoons of olive oil in a frying pan
The second step:
Put the Italian sausage pieces in the pan and cook until slightly browned
Put the sausages in a baking dish
Third step:
Pour ½ cup of olive oil into the pan and cook the potatoes until brown
Use a perforated spoon to remove the potatoes and place them in the baking dish with the meat
The fourth step:
In the same pan, put the vegetables and saute them a little for 5 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften

Pour chicken broth and white wine over food
