Pepper steak

* ingredients:

° 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided for use
° 1 red bell pepper, de-seeded and sliced
° 1 green bell pepper, seeded, de-seeded, and sliced
° 1 1/4 pound sirloin, thinly slice
° 2 tsp  garlic
° 1 tsp ginger
° Salt // pepper to taste
° 1/4 c soy sauce
° 1 1/2 tsp sugar
° 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

* Methods :

Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil on medium-high heat in  skillet.
Add pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Remove the pepper from the pan and place on a plate.
* Adding rest oil to skillet Seasoning sirloin steak with salt also pepper to taste.
* Increase the temperature to a high degree. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes or until it turns light brown.
Add garlic and ginger, then cook for 30 seconds.
Putting pepper in skillet with steak.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, ¼ cup water, and cornstarch.
Pour the sauce over the steak mixture and leave on a low heat. Simmer 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens, then serve.
