Pork-chops with onion & mushroom-gravy



*ingredients:

°4 pork chops, sliced ​​centered, 1 to 1 inch thick
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 large white onion, halved and sliced
°8 ounces sliced ​​mushrooms
°2 tablespoons butter
°2-3 cloves minced garlic
°2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
°2 cups chicken broth

* instructions :

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees F 
Seasoning both sides of pork chops with salt also pepper
Heat  heavy, oven-safe skillet on high heat
Roast the pork chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. For thick pork chops (more than 1 inch), transfer them to  9" * 13" baking tray to finish cook in preheated oven. Cook until pork chops reach inner recipe 145 degrees (about 15 minutes).
Add olive oil, onion and sliced ​​mushrooms to the skillet. Saute mushrooms and onions for 5-7 minutes, until soft and translucent.
Add garlic and butter and cook for another 60 seconds
Gently sprinkle the flour into the pan and stir for 1 minute, until all of the white flour specks are gone. Add two cups of chicken broth and leave the pan over a low heat, stirring the sauce until it thickens.
Once the pork is cooked, return to the skillet. Serve pork hot with onion and mushroom broth.
