* Ingredients:
°four pork chops, sliced center
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 huge white onion, halved and sliced
°eight oz. sliced mushrooms
°2 tablespoons butter
°2-three cloves minced garlic
°2 tablespoons flour
°2 cups chicken broth

First, preheat oven 350 degrees F
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper
Heat a heavy, oven-secure skillet over excessive heat
Roast the pork chops for three to four mins on every side. For thicker pork chops (greater than 1 inch), switch them to a 9" x 13" baking tray to complete cooking withinside the preheated oven. Cook till pork chops attain internal recipe 145 degrees (approximately 15 mins).
Add olive oil, onion and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Saute mushrooms and onions for 5-7 mins, till tender and translucent.
Add garlic and butter and cook for every other 60 seconds
Gently sprinkle the flour into the pan and stir for 1 minute, till all the white flour specks are gone. Add cups of hen broth and go away the pan over a low heat, stirring the sauce till it thickens.
Once the pork is cooked, returning to the skillet. Serve pork hot with onion and mushroom broth.
