Pork-chops with onion & mushroom gravy

* Ingredients:

°four pork chops, sliced ​​center
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 huge white onion, halved and sliced
°eight oz. sliced ​​mushrooms
°2 tablespoons butter
°2-three cloves minced garlic
°2 tablespoons flour
°2 cups chicken broth

* instructions:

First, preheat oven 350 degrees F 
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper
Heat a heavy, oven-secure skillet over excessive heat
Roast the pork chops for three to four mins on every side. For thicker pork chops (greater than 1 inch), switch them to a 9" x 13" baking tray to complete cooking withinside the preheated oven. Cook till pork chops attain internal recipe 145 degrees (approximately 15 mins).
Add olive oil, onion and sliced ​​mushrooms to the skillet. Saute mushrooms and onions for 5-7 mins, till tender and translucent.
