Pound Cake Lemon Cream And Cheese



*ingredients:

•6 large eggs, scrambled.

•2 cups brown sugar.

•1 cup butter, at room temperature.

•2 cups of soft cream cheese.

•4 teaspoons of lemon peel.

•1/2 cup lemon juice.

•2 cups cake flour.

•a pinch of salt.

For the glaze I used:

•2 teaspoons butter.

•1 cup powdered sugar.

•1/2 cup lemon juice.

* instructions:

Step 1:

I preheated the oven to 350°F and greased a tube pan with cooking spray.

Step 2:

I have mixed the flour and salt in a mixing bowl.

Step 3:

Then I used an electric mixer and using her bowl, I beat the butter with the cream cheese and brown sugar, added the egg yolks and beat for another 3 minutes.

The fourth step:

I added lemon zest and lemon juice and stirred occasionally.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft and add them to the cake mixture.

Fifth step:

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake for an hour.

Sixth step:

I removed it from the oven and let it cool, in the meantime I made the glaze by melting the butter in the microwave, adding the powdered sugar and lemon juice and stirring, until the glaze had a good drizzle texture.

Seventh step:

I sprinkled the glaze over the cake and left it in the fridge for an hour.
