Roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Onions

Preparation: 15 minutes Cooking: 30 minutes

+For 4 people:
°400 grams of carrots
°4 potatoes (agata)
°3 tsp of olive oil with fruits
°1 garlic clove
° a pinch ginger
°1 pepper split
°1 pinch coriander powder
° a pinch of cumin
° a sprinkle of cinnamon
° salt pepper

* Methods :

Duo of carrots and sweet potatoes, roasted with spices
Peel and chop garlic.
Mix the spices and add the chopped garlic.
Peel and wash vegetables.
Cutting carrots to sticks & potatoes to cubes.
Pour the oil into a bowl, add the spice mixture, salt and pepper, and mix.
Add the vegetables and my heart to cover the spices.
Preheat oven 7 (210 degrees).
Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
Add the vegetables and let them cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
