banana cream cheesecake recipe

°3/4 cup sour cream
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°1/2 cup butter
°1 cup of sugar
°2 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°3 ripe or very ripe bananas
°2 cups flour
°1 teaspoon baking powder
+Orange Frosting:
°4 oz cream cheese
°3/4 to 1 cup icing sugar (icing sugar)
°Zest of 1 grated orange
°2 tablespoons orange juice
°1/4 cup butter

* Preperation
Preheat oven 180°C (350°F).
 Mix the sour cream and baking soda and let stand for a few minutes. In a mixer, combine the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
 Add the bananas and mix. Add the sour cream and mix.
 Mix the flour and the baking powder and add it to the first mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon.
 Mix just enough to incorporate, no more. Pour to  buttered & floured pan.
 Baking for 45 to 50 min .
 Leave to cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes then unmold.
 Orange Frosting:
Cream together cream cheese and butter.
 Add orange juice, zest and gradually icing sugar. Frost the cake and Enjoy !
