*Ingredients :

°1 tablespoon salt
°1 cup (250 mL) penne pasta
°1 lb (453 g) shrimp, deveined and hulled
°2 tablespoons Cajun spices
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 tablespoon of butter
°1 cup (250 ml) cooking or traditional cream (35%)
° 1/2 Parmesan cheese

*Preperation :

Add salt to a pot of water and cook the pasta al dente according to package directions. Before draining, reserve at least 1/2 cup of cooking water. Drain pasta and set aside. In bowl, mix shrimp with the oil // Cajun spices. Add butter to a saucepan and heat over medium high heat. Add the prawns and cook. Transfer the shrimp to a clean plate. Reduce to medium heat. Adding cream also scrape sides of pan well. Allow the cream to bubble, then reduce the heat to low and add the Parmesan. Leave to melt, then add the pasta and the prawns. Add a little cooking water to liquefy the sauce. And that's Serve hot.
