Fried potato cakes



*Ingredients :

°1 c leftover potatoes, cooled
°1 egg
°2½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
°¼ tsp salt
°1 tsp vegetable oil, or as needed

* Methods  :

Step 1
Combine mashed potatoes, egg, flour and salt in a bowl.
2nd step
Heat a thin layer of vegetable oil in a skillet. Drop large spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the skillet. Flatten into patties as you flip; cook until golden brown on both sides, 6 to 7 minutes per cake. Repeat with rest of potato mix.
