Twice Baked Potato Casserole


*Ingredients (4 people)

°800g cooked potatoes
°50 g of grated cheese
°10 cl of liquid cream
°1 clove of garlic
°15 cl of milk

* Preperation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6), cut the steamed potatoes into medium-sized strips then butter an ovenproof dish.
Peel and halve the garlic to rub down the inside walls of the dish, squeeze the remaining garlic in and line the bottom with the potatoes.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg then pour the milk and cream into a bowl. Beat with a whisk and coat the potatoes with this sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, scatter a few knobs of butter and bake for 30 minutes.
