chicken fried rice


three boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup  grain brown rice
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 and a 1/2 of cups of water at room temperature
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
three tablespoons of soy sauce
three tablespoons water
cup chopped white onion


In a huge saucepan, upload rice, salt and water
Stir till smooth
Bring it to a boil
When it involves boiling, flip the warmth right all the way down to low
Cook for forty mins, or till liquid is absorbed.
Take it off the hearthplace and positioned it aside
For frying rice:
In a saucepan, upload eggs and mix. Stir till absolutely cooked
Remove from skillet and set to the side
Add olive oil to a huge skillet
Cut bird breasts into cubes
Add it to the pot and fry it on all sides
Add ginger, garlic, onion and pepper
Simmer for five mins till absolutely cooked and onions are soft
Add rice and water
Stir till properly mixed
Add soy sauce and sesame oil and stir till combined
Add the cooked eggs and stir properly
take off the fire
Garnished with chopped  onions
