*Ingredients:
° 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
° 8 ounces of sour cream
° 8 ounces of cream cheese
° 2 teaspoons freshly minced garlic
° Salt and pepper to taste
° 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
° 1 teaspoon of sugar
° 2 cans of tomato sauce
° 1 ½ pounds ground beef
° 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese
*Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
In a skillet, crumble and cook the ground beef
SECOND STEP:
Drain the fat from the pan
Adding mince garlic also Italian season Let simmer for another minute
Pour tomato sauce to pan and adding sugar
THIRD STEP:
Add salt and pepper if desired and cook 3 to 5 minutes
In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth
FOURTH STEP:
Cook egg noodles according to package directions
After draining the noodles, place half in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
FIFTH STEP:
Top the noodles with half of the cheese and sour cream mixture
Pour half of the meat mixture and sauce on top
STEP SIX:
Repeat steps 9-11 using remaining ingredients
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake for 20-25 min
