Mexican cornbread

The most delicious and sweetest cornbread ever!


1⁄2 cup melt butter
3⁄4 c white sugar
4 egg
1 can creamy corn (15 ounces)
4.5 oz chop green chilie
1⁄2 c Monterey Jack cheese
1⁄2 c cheddar cheese
1 c flour
1 c yellow cornmeal
1⁄4 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder

Methods :

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Greased 9" by 13" baking dish.
In ambowl, whisking  butter also sugar. Beating eggs, one at time. Muxing with cream of corn, chili, monterey jack cheese, and cheddar cheese. In separate bowl, blend flour, cornmeal, baking powder, also salt. Adding flour mix to the corn mixture. Stirring to smooth. Pour the mix to the prepared skillet. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 h.
