Rotisserie-Chicken with Stuf Casserole


*Ingredients:

°1 pack Stove Top Stuffing Blend 
°1 whole cook also shredded chicken
°1 ½ cups water or chicken broth
°¼ cup butter
°3 celery stalks, diced
°1 onion, diced
°1 can cream of chicken
°½ can of cream of mushroom soup
°8 ounces of sour cream
°Salt and pepper to taste

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Preheat oven 350*, spraying 9x13 baking dish with cook spray
Bring water (or chicken broth) to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the stuffing mix once the liquid boils.
SECOND STEP:
Removing pan from heat, covering and set apart. Stirring with a fork while done.
In a frying pan, heat the butter and add the onion and celery, cook until softened
THIRD STEP:
Combine soups and sour cream in a bowl
Place the shredded chicken in the bottom of the baking dish, layer the onions and celery over the meat.
FOURTH STEP:
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Top the onion and celery with the soup mix
FIFTH STEP:
Garnish with the stuffing mix
Bake for 1 hour, until bubbly and golden brown.
