* Ingredients :
°115g butter
°120 g caster sugar
°1g cinnamon
°2g nutmeg
°5ml vanilla extract
°1 shortcrust pastry
°450g sweet potato
°1 egg or 2 small ones
* Methods :
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) and roll out the dough in a pie dish.
2ND STEP
Cook the sweet potatoes in boiling water for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Peel them and mash them.
STEP 4
Mix with egg, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract.
STEP 5
Pour mixture on dough and bake for 45 to 50 min of cook.
